I’d start with just one cut at the top. If you try to do multiple at once you risk stressing the plant because it’ll try to activate all the nodes at once. Though tbf two would probs be fine.

Three stalks that are about 4-5′ from the soil to the first leaves at the top. I am hoping to air layer the top of one of the stalks. Can I make several cuts all down the 4’+ stalk or should I stick with just making one cut at the top? I would prefer to root several sections at once, but I don’t want to kill the whole stalk.

I never expected to want to read on, or that I’d have a chuckle as well, such as; ‘ I use gardener’s twist ties, which I think are just green pipe cleaners with ideas above their station’ amongst other one liner’s. You’ve got a new follower with me and hopefully over time I can build my skills and confidence with my plants 🙂
